So to ensure your complete satisfaction, we offer this no-risk guarantee: If for any reason you’re not happy with work performed by an Abbott Staffing Group temporary employee and provide us with reasonable notice of your assessment, we will promptly correct the situation to assure your complete satisfaction*.

Guarantee for Temporary Employees

We offer an unconditional guarantee for the first day of each new temporary assignment. If you are not satisfied with the performance of any temporary employee by the end of the first day, contact your representative and you will not be billed for that day (up to 8 hours). We will also work to find a replacement ASAP.

Lifetime Employer Protection Plan for Direct-Hire Employees

To protect you if an Abbott Staffing Group direct-hire employee resigns or is terminated, we offer a Lifetime Employer Protection Plan. It provides a refund or credit toward a replacement based on length of service*.
